This website does not collect user data through analytics or tracking services and does not set cookies. When you visit the site, only technically necessary connection data is processed by our hosting provider, as is standard for the operation of any website.

When you use our contact or order form, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, phone number, email address, message, and any uploaded file attachments) solely to handle your request. Delivery is carried out via our email service provider, Resend, to our business email address. We do not share this data with any third party beyond this delivery.

The WhatsApp button on this website opens a pre-filled message in the WhatsApp app. The message is only sent once you actually send it within WhatsApp yourself, directly from your own device and WhatsApp account. WhatsApp Ireland Limited's (Meta) own privacy policy applies to how your data is processed within WhatsApp.

When you submit a review through our review form, the data you enter (name, review text, star rating, and the service booked, if applicable) is stored in our content management system, Sanity. Every review is manually checked and approved by us before publication; until then, it is not publicly visible. Once approved, it is displayed permanently on this website in the language you submitted it in.

You have the right, at any time, to request information about, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of the data we hold about you, as well as a right to data portability and a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please contact us using the details given on this page.
